Brad is a Functional Movement Coach who explores the mystic roots of fitness through his personally created and crafted ‘Adventure Athlete Training System’. Fun, enjoyable and engaging… this is exactly how fitness should be.
He coaches groups and individuals through playful and imaginative workouts that he has devised through his knowledge of history, myth and story which create a powerful backdrop for his program. He believes that training is all about playing with the fires of adversity, the fire within us that drives us to succeed and cultivate the attitude to help us conquer and be the hero of our own adventure.
Brad shares similar views on the world so it was a great conversation that went in many directions.
